Although Nehali currently spearheads operations for Rosewood Estates in Lonavala, she found her professional beginnings with Shubham Developers back in 2014. While there, she worked alongside a team of professionals to win her company an award from CNBC TV 18 under the category of On Time Delivery of Residential Projects. In 2021, she decided to branch out own and begin her entrepreneurial career.
Nehali is best described as a perfectionist and go-getter, and it is this particular skill set that puts her at the helm at Rosewood Estates. Using her creative and technical training, she makes the Rosewood Estates' vision a reality, while bringing high design and quality to the product delivered. Much like her father, through her mantra of "Intelligent and Seamless", she is able to set a new standard in the high-end luxary search and sell experience for vacation homes in Lonavala.
Sefali Akshay Kapasi knows that change is inevitable, and has taken it upon herself to keep evolving and challenging herself. Like her sister Nehali, she too kick-started her career at Shubham Developers. Later on Sefali went on to work for Asundarya Architects for 3 years, where she dealt with designing the building plans as per Government by laws and worked on close to 100 projects across Mumbai.
Next she went on to work for Kapadia Associates Pvt Ltd where she worked for their clients like Lodha, HUL, Runwal developers and Tata Housing etc. With her extensive experience in the field, she is able to handle client expectation and delivers in point. The Indian real estate industry can be very demanding, but Sefali handles it with her unparalleled charm and flair- qualities that make her an indomitable force at Rosewood Estates. Together with her sister, they are the bearers of the Rosewood Estates name in Lonavala and across India.

The earlier roots of Rosewood Estates can be dated back to 1980, when Mr. Manoj Shah launched Manoj Enterprises to trade in Textile Yarn and went on to expand into sectors like Information Technology and Real Estate.
In 2020, Mr. Shah realized that his actual wealth of expertise lies in the Real Estate sector and started expanding into hill station real estate. He saw an opportunity in Lonavala the closest hill station to Mumbai – to build and sell lifestyle vacation homes in Lonavala.
Mr. Shah saw the demand for such homes in metropolitan cities and decided to start “Rosewood Estates". Being led by his daughter-in-law, Nehali and her sister Sefali, Rosewood Estates brings style and luxury to vacation homes in Lonavala.
